Mandy Avgeris

Mandy Avgeris is a dedicated and passionate Realtor® deeply rooted in the Rogue Valley. She specializes in providing full-service real estate support, from tailored home improvement recommendations to overseeing contractors to ensure top-quality results. As an active member of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors (RVAR), Mandy plays an influential role in shaping the local real estate community. Recently elected to the RVAR Board of Directors for a three-year term beginning in 2025, she also serves as the Real Estate Professionals Network Chair for 2024 and 2025. Additionally, Mandy is a graduate of the prestigious Oregon Leadership Academy Class of 2024, where she was one of only 20 applicants selected from across the state. She is a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and works under Keller Williams of Southern Oregon.
